We may consider exceptions in exceptional cases at our discretion.
2. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription or contract at any time, but please note the following:
• Cancellation Before Service Delivery: If you request cancellation before the service is provided, you will not be charged. However, any initial payment made will be refunded only in cases where services have not been initiated, and the payment has not been processed.
• Cancellation After Service Delivery: If you cancel after services have been initiated or delivered, no refund will be provided. Since we provide ongoing services (e.g., buyer outreach, content creation, ads management), a portion of the service may already be in progress or completed at the time of cancellation.
3. Request for Refund: If you feel you are entitled to a refund under special circumstances (e.g., technical issues, failure to deliver agreed-upon services), you may submit a request via email to admin@digitalclix.in. Your refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and you will receive a response within 5-7 business days.

If the delay causes significant issues, we may offer partial compensation (such as an extension of service) or, in rare cases, review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
5. Subscription or Payment Plan Cancellations: For monthly or subscription-based services:
• Monthly Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle begins. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• No Refunds on Previous Payments: If you cancel mid-cycle, you will not receive a refund for the current month, and your cancellation will take effect for the next billing cycle.
